Answers to what people ask first.

Restoring purchases on a new device, why a daily streak reset, missing audio, and moving progress. If none of these solve it, write to support@solitaireclassicgame.com with your device model and iOS version.

How do I restore my purchases on a new iPhone?

Open Settings inside the game and tap Restore Purchases, or use the Restore Purchases link at the bottom of the store screen. Purchases are recorded by Apple against your Apple Account rather than by us, so signing in with the same Apple Account you originally bought with is all that is required. Restoring never charges you a second time. If nothing unlocks, confirm you are signed into the correct Apple Account in iOS Settings, then check that you have a working network connection, because the App Store has to be reachable for the check to complete. A restore that reports success but unlocks nothing usually means the purchase was made on a different Apple Account. Purchases are non-consumable, so they survive reinstalling the app and moving to a new device indefinitely, with no expiry.

Why did my daily streak reset?

A streak continues only when you play on consecutive calendar days, measured in your device's own time zone, so crossing a time zone can end a streak earlier than you expect. If a streak of three days or more breaks, the game offers to give it back once, on the day it breaks, in exchange for watching a rewarded video; the offer appears on the home screen and disappears at the end of that day. A Streak Freeze, bought with gems in the shop, covers one missed day automatically and is consumed without asking. The Everything purchase grants one freeze every week automatically. Your longest streak is a separate record and is never reduced by a break, so the history of your best run is kept even when the current run ends. The play streak and the Daily Challenge streak are tracked independently: finishing any hand keeps the play streak alive, while only the Daily Challenge extends the daily one.

There is no music or sound

Check the Music and Sound Effects switches in the game's Settings first, then the volume sliders beside them. The game respects the iPhone silent switch, so flick it off. Audio deliberately starts a moment after the app opens, so the very first screen can be briefly silent; that is expected. If sound works but music does not, another app may hold the audio session, so close it and reopen the game. Music and sound effects have separate volume sliders, so one can be turned down to nothing while the other still plays. Each table has its own pair of tracks, one for menus and a slower one for play, and they cross-fade when you change table, which means a moment of quiet after switching tables is normal rather than a fault.

Can I move my progress to another device?

Not currently. Statistics, coins, gems, achievements and streaks live only on the device that earned them, because the game has no account system and no server. Purchases do transfer: use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Deleting the app erases local progress permanently, so avoid offloading the app if you care about your streak.

How do I turn off ads?

Buy Remove Ads for 4.99 USD, or Everything for 12.99 USD, from the store screen or by tapping the small control beside the banner. Both remove the banner and interstitials permanently. Rewarded videos remain available if you want them, but they are always optional and are never required to continue playing.
