Solitaire Classics has no account system. Your game progress is stored on your device. What leaves the device is advertising and analytics data, described in full below.

What stays on your device?
All of your game progress is written to local storage on your iPhone or iPad and is not uploaded to us: your statistics, coins and gems, achievements, unlocked tables, streaks, saved game, and every setting. We operate no server and hold no copy of it. Deleting the app deletes this data permanently, and there is no way for us or for you to recover it afterwards. Purchases are the exception: they are recorded by Apple against your Apple Account, which is why Restore Purchases works on a new device even though we store nothing ourselves. Game Center scores and achievements, if you are signed in, are likewise held by Apple under your Game Center identity rather than by us. We cannot see your progress, cannot restore it, and cannot transfer it between devices, because no copy of it ever reaches us.

How do I stop tracking?
The app asks two separate questions before any of this begins. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom a consent form appears first, provided through Google's certified consent platform, and your answer controls whether advertising and analytics partners may use your data. Everyone on iOS is then asked Apple's App Tracking Transparency question. Declining it withholds your advertising identifier, so ads become non-personalised and install attribution stops identifying your device. You can change the Apple answer at any time in Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking. Where a consent form applies, Settings inside the game has a Privacy Choices row that reopens it so you can change your answer at any time. Buying Remove Ads or Everything stops advertising entirely, which removes the advertising SDK's reason to process your data at all. No ad is ever requested before you have answered these questions.
Children
Solitaire Classics is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will delete what we are able to reach.
Notifications
The app can send a daily reminder about the Daily Challenge. It asks permission only after you have played and won at least once, never on first launch, and the reminders are scheduled entirely on your device. There is no push server, so no device token is ever transmitted to us. Turn them off in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data on any server, requests to access, correct or delete data held by us have nothing to act on. Data held by the services in the table above is governed by their own policies and controls: Google Privacy Policy, Tenjin Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy. Declining App Tracking Transparency, or withdrawing consent where the consent form applies, is the most direct control available to you.
